Protein Pancakes

Spice up your Sunday brunch with these seriously yummy protein-packed pancakes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Hermosa protein powder
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tbsp of rolled oats
  • Toppings: Red berries, yogurt, peanut butter, and a dash of cinnamon

Method:

  1. Mix until creamy. Pour in a frying pan on medium heat
  2. Leave for 2 mins until slightly brown and flip
  3. Cook on the other side and serve with toppings

Ingredients:

  • 8oz almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
