We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for a resourceful, proactive, and creative Growth Sales Executive to join our mission.

🚀 The Role in a Nutshell

As a Growth Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business at Heka. This isn’t your typical outbound role - we’re not looking for someone to blindly follow a script. Instead, you’ll bring your own ideas, find your own leads, and work closely with our Head of Sales to launch strategic outreach campaigns.

You’ll also take ownership of translating prospect insights (e.g. site visitor behaviour, industry trends) into meeting-generating action. Whether it’s HR professionals in Tech, or People Leaders in Finance, you’ll figure out how to reach them in ways that make them want to talk to us.

You’ll have the freedom to be creative, enjoy a great working environment with excellent benefits - but this is a high-performance, target-driven role, and we expect you to consistently hit targets and deliver results.

🧠 What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a Growth Sales Executive who can:

  • Drive creative outreach
  • Think critically and independently
  • Execute on both strategy and delivery
  • Own top-of-funnel activity, not just follow a playbook

You’re not just sending templated emails - you’re identifying patterns, running micro-campaigns, iterating, collaborating with Sales & Marketing, and deeply understanding Heka’s ICP (HR, People teams, etc).


🧩 Key Responsibilities

  • Build, manage, and convert a pipeline of outbound leads into discovery meetings
  • Create and execute custom outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, video, etc)
  • Launch creative outbound experiments based on live marketing data (e.g. run mini-campaigns for specific personas or firmographics)
  • Own and iterate on outreach sequences that go beyond templates
  • Collaborate with Marketing on feedback loops around personas, messaging and content
  • Work closely with the Head of Sales to track progress and pivot when needed
  • Keep CRM (HubSpot) meticulously updated with activity and outcomes

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales or outbound-focused role (SaaS/startup preferred)
  • Proven ability to prospect, build lists, and find your own leads
  • Naturally curious and able to connect dots between insights and actions
  • Comfortable launching and iterating on campaigns and outreach strategies
  • Confident using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, ZoomInfo (or similar)
  • Independent operator — someone who takes ownership and figures things out
  • Flexible, collaborative and up for wearing multiple hats in a fast-paced startup
  • A real passion for health, wellbeing, and people-centric work cultures

💡 Bonus Points If You:

  • Have experience selling into HR, People, or Culture teams
  • Have experimented with video prospecting, micro-events, or creative gifting
  • Understand sales funnels, outbound metrics, and conversion levers

💰 Salary * Commission

  • £30,000 - £35,000 base salary dependent on experience
  • Monthly paid commission structure: Set amount of commission for meetings booked, plus uncapped commission for Closed Won deals on opportunities you create, that the Sales Team closes
  • Further information about targets and commission structure can be discussed during the interview process
