About You
We are looking for a dynamic and organised individual who can think creatively and propel our brand toward success. In this role, you will be the key connector between our sales and marketing teams, ensuring alignment and collaboration so that everyone is aligned with messaging and focus.
We love people that can be strategic, help set the direction but then want to get stuck in and own the results. As a team of around 20 people, everyone at Heka works together to get what needs doing, done!
Ideally you will have experience in managing brand campaigns and activations, have great design skills and be confident in creating and implementing brand marketing strategies.

Your Mission
As Heka’s Business Development Representative, you are one of the faces of the business. You’re at the heart of communicating who we are, what we do, and why businesses should join Heka. You’ll lead in creating new outbound opportunities and ideas for how Heka’s client base can grow. You’ll work closely with our BDR, Sales Lead and Co-founder to generate pipeline and ensure Heka’s on the top of people’s minds when reviewing benefits.
What you’ll be working on:
- Pipeline generation: There’s not a rule book where we make you do hundreds of cold calls a week. This is for you to take ownership of and find the best channels for new leads for you. Whether it’s calling, emailing, networking, referrals, events, LinkedIn - if it works, go for it! (We value testing different channels and then using data to double down on what’s successful)
- Building a strong network and relationships with potential prospects
- Updating and managing opportunities in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Working in collaboration with our Sales Lead to develop new / untapped opportunities
- Being proactive within HR communities via networking
- Opportunity to close deals on smaller opportunities - growing over time with training when you succeed

- Are happy with testing different outbound channels, to find what suits you best / is most successful

- Love digging into sales data to gain insights and inform your work

Salary:
£30 - £34k
Monthly paid commission structure: Set amount of commission for meetings booked, plus an uncapped commission on Closed Won deals on opportunities you create that the Sales Team closes.

We are looking for an experienced and talented Head of Marketing to have ownership of our marketing initiatives and propel us forward in business growth.
As a leader, you'll spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. Your focus will be on elevating our brand presence, improving nurture flows and constantly improving headline product messaging. This role is fundamental in shaping our marketing direction and contributing to our overall success.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise is essential in this role as you oversee multiple projects and strategies at once. You will lead by example and inspire your team to create high-quality work quickly and effectively.
