We’re growing fast, and now we’re looking for a resourceful, proactive, and creative Growth Sales Executive to join our mission.
As a Growth Sales Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving new business at Heka. This isn’t your typical outbound role - we’re not looking for someone to blindly follow a script. Instead, you’ll bring your own ideas, find your own leads, and work closely with our Head of Sales to launch strategic outreach campaigns.
You’ll also take ownership of translating prospect insights (e.g. site visitor behaviour, industry trends) into meeting-generating action. Whether it’s HR professionals in Tech, or People Leaders in Finance, you’ll figure out how to reach them in ways that make them want to talk to us.
You’ll have the freedom to be creative, enjoy a great working environment with excellent benefits - but this is a high-performance, target-driven role, and we expect you to consistently hit targets and deliver results.
We’re looking for a Growth Sales Executive who can:
