Community Manager

Full-time · Remote

As Heka’s new Community Manager, you’ll:

  • Be the voice of Heka to our community, working with prospects, customers, influencers, and partners to drive engagement with Heka’s brand.
  • Be a natural networker, and build new relationships through social platforms, organising and hosting Heka events, and actively partnering with like minded organisations.
  • Host our podcast, Wellbeing Warriors at Work.
  • Create, schedule and publish content across LinkedIn and work to develop our social media strategy on other platforms.
  • Be our internal social media advocate, helping everyone (particularly the leadership team) be more successful on social platforms.

We'd love to hear from you if you: 

  • Have an interest in the mental and physical wellbeing space.
  • Are a social, confident and empathetic individual with strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • Know the ins-and-outs of social media and always know what’s trending.
  • Have experience in growing an online audience, and driving engagement within that community.
  • Are ambitious, driven and self-motivated.
  • Enjoy writing, have a keen eye for grammar and are a good storyteller.
  • Are an ideas person with the ability to appreciate and bounce off other team members’ ideas and opinions.
  • Have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Possibly have some email/CRM marketing or sales experience, although this isn’t necessary.

Content Marketer

Full-time · Remote
As Heka’s new Content Marketer, you’ll:
  • Be leading our efforts to create a wealth of valuable materials for our prospects, customers, and community.
  • Be building content across the funnel; from blogs and videos to create awareness and engagement, to working with sales to create assets that help close deals.
  • Work on a variety of mediums including reports, blogs, video scripts and content, newsletters, and website copy.
  • Use your storytelling abilities to experiment with content and discover what lands with our audiences, iterating and developing our content plan as you go.
  • Research, interview, and collect data on topics to maximise the value of our content.
  • Analyse and report on metrics that determine the success of our content efforts.

  • Are inherently curious and love digging deeper into stories and data.
  • Are a stickler for accuracy, spelling, grammar and detail.

Partnership Success Manager

Full-time · Remote
As Heka's new Partnership Success Manager, you'll:
  • Act as the main point of contact for wellness providers, from the post-signed, through to the launch on Heka.
  • Build Heka wellness provider profiles to an excellent standard, ensuring quality copy and images.
  • Manage existing wellness provider accounts to maximise engagement, customer value and provider business opportunities.
  • Owning the Heka support inbox, replying quickly and efficiently to customer queries and solving any problems that arise.
  • Work with our wellbeing providers on marketing and exposure plans to fit within the wellbeing calendar, and relay the information to the rest of the marketing and engagement teams.
  • Develop creative, fun, and innovative ways to use existing partners to build out relationships with new potential prospects via referrals.
  • Engage in outbound with referred prospects and specific industries to generate new business.

Product Manager

Full-time · Remote

We are looking for our first Product Manager to help take the current product to the next level and shape our product process moving forwards. Heka is a successful and rapidly growing start-up, with a close-knit and highly capable team. We’re looking for an exceptional individual to join us in inspiring every Heka member to live as the best version of themselves.

This role is for a PM who is hands-on, takes responsibility for their work, and is able to coordinate with all stakeholders to ensure that initiatives are a success.

The scope of responsibilities for this position is broad. As the only PM, you will have a large amount of responsibility and autonomy over building and managing the product process, including: customer interviews, ideation, product data analytics, roadmapping, market & competitor analysis, project management and more.

You will report directly to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will:
  • Be an excellent communicator & mediator
  • Have strong customer interviewing skills
  • Have a thorough commercial understanding
  • Utilise a balance between gut and data informed decision making
  • Be able to analyse and present data
  • Contribute with creative solutions
  • Be able to establish cross functional relationships and act as a creative leader for the department
  • Be passionate about health and wellness
And ideally have experience:
  • As a PM in a well-oiled product team for at least 2 years
  • Working in a scrum/agile format within a technology organisation
  • Interviewing customers
  • Collecting and analysing data from a wide range of sources
  • Running ideation sessions
