We’re a rapidly growing company with a strong purpose to do good. There’s plenty of room for everyone in the team to make a difference. If you’re looking for a challenge and plenty of autonomy within a tight-knit team of wellness warriors, you’ve come to the right place!
We're paving the way in employee benefits with Heka - the first wellbeing assistant, for employees. She has a big brain and even bigger heart, and her mission is to help employees feel (and perform) their best.
Our core values are to be empathetic, polished, and to always have integrity internally and externally. We understand that everyone’s wellbeing needs are unique and Heka tailors support to them.
Every other Wednesday we finish at 4.45pm, so you can make that spin class, cook dinner from scratch - whatever wellness means to you.
Every employee receives a monthly £50 wellbeing budget - your health is your most important investment.
We're a remote-first company with employees based all over the UK. We want work to be a part of your life, not your entire life.
About Heka:
For businesses, investing in employee wellbeing is crucial. It leads to increased resilience, better engagement, reduced sickness absence and higher performance and productivity.
The problem is wellbeing benefits often cater for just one area of health and wellbeing, like gym memberships or mindfulness apps. These are then used by only a small percentage of teams meaning that not every employee's needs are met.
That’s where Heka comes in.
Heka offers over 5000 wellbeing experiences, products and services across 100s of wellbeing categories on one platform. With this, companies can provide one inclusive benefit for diverse teams, and the immediate health and wellbeing needs of employees are met.
150+ companies currently use Heka including the likes of THIS, Ocean Bottle, Oxford Biomedica and Medallia.
