This year, 100% of growing businesses stayed on Heka because our approach to wellbeing doesn’t just feel good - it drives healthier teams, stronger performance, and sustainable growth. When wellbeing works, people don’t just stay; they perform at their best.
Preventative support is leading the way
More than ever, our users are booking for prevention, not just treatment. 81% of bookings were for preventative support, reducing burnout, ill heath, and sickness. And with 93% of users booking every quarter, the impact of healthier habits is widespread.
Proving how varied health is for different people, the most used categories accoss all Heka users are:
- sleep aid products
- fitness equipment
- protein foods and supplements
- male supplements
- neurodiversity support
Real outcomes, real impact
7 in 10 users achieve their health goals within six months, and 3 in 4 saw a positive impact on their mental health in the same period.
This year, people have been investing in themselves: neurodiversity support bookings grew by 834%, virtual GP appointments by 261%, LGBTQIA+ support by 201%, and counselling and therapy by 186%.
And the return is obvious: 92% of employees are less likely to leave their job when they have access to Heka, proving that supporting your team’s wellbeing pays dividends for both people and businesses.
A year of amazing in-person launches
2025 wasn’t just about digital engagement - it was a year of connecting face-to-face. We rolled out amazing in-person launches all across the country, giving our users hands-on experiences with new wellbeing products and services. From workshops to live demos, these events brought the Heka community together and reinforced the impact of preventative wellbeing in real life.
Community building that inspires
We also focused on sharing knowledge and sparking conversations. Over the year, we hosted 11 powerful webinars covering topics like Top Tips for HR: How to Secure Wellbeing Budget, Why the Pressure to “Man Up” is Making Your Teams Unhealthy, and Why Personalised Health Benefits Are the Key to Staying Ahead.
