Absolutely! At check out they can simply top up with their own money, or they can roll over their allowance to the next month and buy the benefit then.

How long does onboarding take?

Onboarding is really easy and can be almost immediate. On average clients launch within a few weeks of signing their Heka contract, but we can work to most timeframes. We recommend having a week to run comms into your employees and generate some buzz, and so we can plan a virtual launch that will really connect with the client’s teams. Launching as a complete surprise works really well in smaller businesses. Larger corporates see huge success when aligning the launch to a wellbeing initiative or company event.

Is there a setup fee or ongoing admin cost?

No, set-up and implementation is included free of charge. We charge for allowance + licence fee only, with no hidden fees.

It’s extremely easy to add employees in your admin dashboard, and to remove you simply need to email the Heka team.

What’s the minimum allowance amount?

We recommend a minimum of £25 allowance per person, per month, although this is entirely at the client’s discretion. The majority of our clients offer between £25 - £50 per person, per month but a client could choose to offer £60 per person per quarter or £100 per person per annum.
